Jiangsu Jingjiang Catalyst Co., Ltd.--Conversion Catalyst

JZ119 is agglutinating conversion catalyst which takes the aluminum oxide as the carrier and the nickel as the active. It applied in natural gas or quality hydrocarbon compound part oxidation producing the ammonia or the methanol synthetic gas. It also can be used in ammonia decomposition system producing the reducibility (hydrogen) and the protection gas (nitrogen).

Operation conditions

Heat resisting：It can be in used in 1200℃ for a long time，the structure and intensity remains stable under high temperature， It can’t be contracted or distorted under 1350℃ for a short term .
(1) Steam conversion method with two sections of stoves and partial oxidation technology producing synthetic gas
Pressure： from atmosphere to 2.94Mpa
Temperature： 800～1200℃
(2)The natural gas and air catalysis transformation system producing protection gas by heat treatment
Material Ratio： Natural gas : Air=1:2.5～2.6
